Muay Thai & K1 Kickboxing Training Camp
With top trainer PETER NAVRATÍL, the current ENFUSION world number 1# MARTIN ‘Paco’ PACAS and Thai boxing legend VLADIMÍR ‘Dracula’ MORAVČíK – the ENFUSION world number 2#.
Everyone who knows me knows that sport – especially martial arts – is the center of my life and that I can’t spend enough time pushing my own limits and constantly improving myself.
As tradition would have it, I traveled to Slovakia again for 14 days at the beginning of this year to train and exchange ideas with the most experienced coaches and internationally successful professionals in different weight classes.
An important point was also on the agenda this time – the planning of a Muay Thai & K1 kickboxing trainingcamp for hobby and amateur athletes who want to make rapid progress in their performance and enjoy a relaxing time in the beautiful Slovakian national park. But more on that later!
During my 14-day stay, I really enjoyed being able to focus exclusively on my own training and recovery during this time. The training was led by the experienced top trainer Peter Navratil and the multiple Muay Thai world champion Vladimir ‘Dracula’ Moravcik. Peter Navratil can be found at all international martial arts events, such as ENFUSION, and is involved in the success of various reigning world champions such as Martin ‘Paco’ Pacas. Like me, Peter has dedicated himself exclusively to martial arts for almost 30 years.
The mix of Muay Thai training with knee, elbow and tactical clinching techniques and the dynamic K1 kickboxing training, which is known for its fast boxing, kicking and knee techniques, is a particular added value of this training trip. Thanks to the combined experience of both trainers and their fighters, I was able to benefit from a huge repertoire of techniques and bring a spirit with me to Hamburg that I will benefit from for a long time to come. I have never come across such a wealth of knowledge at any other time in my long martial arts career.
I am therefore particularly pleased that our sports school ZANSHIN DOJO is taking over the organization and enabling us to benefit from the wealth of experience of a fantastic team of coaches and to get to know the breathtaking nature of Slovakia.
But that’s not all!
Muay Thai and K1 kickboxing training camp
Do you love and practise Muay Thai or kickboxing and want to progress quickly?
If this is the case, you will soon have the unique opportunity to train with the world elite of Muay Thai and kickboxing for 6 days in breathtaking natural surroundings.
What to expect:
A 6-day Muay Thai and kickboxing training camp awaits you in the Low Tatras National Park, led by top instructors and guaranteeing the best learning progress. If you want and have the necessary energy, you can train with us up to twice a day, relax in the spacious wellness area and indulge in the sumptuous buffet and à la carte meals. The training is made up of technical partner exercises, pratze work, functional training, mountain runs in beautiful natural surroundings and daily mobility and core training. If you are interested, you can also take part in technical sparring sessions on request, which are adapted to the level of progress of each participant.
The decision to take part in our first joint training camp can be made completely independently of the training goal you are pursuing. An amateur athlete will get their money’s worth just as much as a competitor who wants to improve their fitness and technique. All trainers and instructors adapt to your individual needs so that everyone can make progress. Is there any obligation to train? Of course not! You decide for yourself whether you want to take part in the respective workouts, excursions or workshops or whether you need time for yourself.

Learning goals:
There is no standard program here – together with our team of trainers, we develop individual, achievable goals. The number of participants is limited to a total of 20, so that both beginners and advanced participants can receive individual support. However, unlike the professionals, our focus is not exclusively on hard training – but first and foremost on fun, variety and a good team atmosphere.
Equipment:
For training, you will need boxing gloves, bandages, shin guards, a mouth guard and a groin guard. Head protectors are welcome if you wish to spar. You can either bring your own equipment or purchase it on site. Pads and kickpads are provided on site and are included in the price.
Here is a short paragraph written by the hotel:

The length of the Jánska Valley is 17 km and ends at the foot of the highest peak of the Low Tatras – Ďumbier with an altitude of 2,043 m.
The still young and well-kept hotel has its own restaurant, fitness room, swimming pool with adjoining wellness area including sauna, steam bath and other extensive facilities.
